We are looking for:

Senior/Principal Software Engineer/Architect

Job Summary

This person will work in the R & D portion of our business. We are looking for a skilled developer with over 10 years of development experience. Start up experience or experience with building new software products from the ground up is preferable.

Must have

• Recent Java (J2EE, JDK) development experience (3 years minimum)
• C/C++/C# Windows development experience on both system and applications (2 years minimum)
• Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals Unix/Linux/W2K/XP
• Web services development experience (.Net and/or Java-based, WSDL, UDDI)
• Strong Object Oriented Design techniques - must have designed at least one large application
• Experience with building RDBMS models (Oracle 9i/10g preferred)

Preferable experience

• 5+ years of java and experience with lightweight container technology
• 3+ years of windows development experience for systems and or apps
• Experience with telephony applications (TAPI, SIP)
• Experience designing an n-tier application end-to-end
• Experience building and deploying software for an ASP including system optimization and clustering techniques
• Some exposure to AI development techniques (rules-based programming, Bayesian networks)

Senior/Principal Web design Engineer

 Job Summary

This person will work in the web designing and web development portion of our business. We are looking for a skilled developer with over 2 years of development experience. Start up experience or experience with building new software products from the ground up is preferable.

Must have

• Strong Understanding of these technologies HTML, DHTML, CSS 1-2, JAVA SCRIPT.
• PHP, Mysql and others.
• Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals Unix/Linux/W2K/XP

Preferable experience

• 2+ years of web based application design experience.
• 1+ years of windows development experience for systems and or apps
• Experience designing an n-tier application end-to-end
