WowMyCash.com is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to WowMyCash.com and governs data collection and usage including WowMyCash website and email services. This Privacy Policy is effective upon acceptance in registration for new registering members, and is otherwise effective on July 2, 2007, for all WowMyCash members.

We firmly believe that both our Members and our clients benefit because we market only to people who have given us express permission to do so.

While the word "privacy" may mean different things to different people, we believe that once you understand how we use your information; the steps we take to protect it, and the resulting benefit to you, you will not only feel confident when sharing information with us, but will also find your participation in the Program a most rewarding experience.

Registration Information

To take advantage of the offers available at WowMyCash you must register for our service and become a WowMyCash Member. WowMyCash collects personal information when you register with us and when you use WowMyCash services. WowMyCash may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or companies. During registration, we require Members to give us basic contact information (such as your first name, last name and e-mail address) and demographic information (such as your zip code, age and gender). The registration form information requests may change from time to time. Although additional demographic information may be requested at the time of registration, only information marked "required" is necessary for registration and utilization of our services. Once you register with WowMyCash, you are not anonymous to us.

We do not accept registrations from persons under the age of eighteen. The WowMyCash Program is available only to persons who are eighteen years of age and over. The site will automatically block enrollment of any person once they indicate they are under the age of eighteen. If we later learn that a user is under the age of eighteen, we will terminate the account and delete the user's information. Inherent in the Program is the responsibility of parents and/or guardians to ensure that their children's privacy is protected.
WowMyCash.com will not be liable for any content or advertisements viewed by minor children in violation of the terms of this agreement.

Tracking Information Collected

You browse the WowMyCash.com web site anonymously. We do track which pages of our site you visit and note the address of your Internet Service Provider (as all web sites do automatically), but we do not gather any information about you as an individual without your knowledge. The general information we gather automatically enables us to continually improve our site, based on up-to-date usage patterns, and it aids in troubleshooting problems with particular sites and/or browsers. WowMyCash.com does not cache your personal information (cookies) for later use.
Any information that you provide as you respond to our questions is protected through implementation of a firewall. WowMyCash.com uses up-to-date technology to help ensure that your information cannot be accessed by anyone outside of our physical facility or by non-authorized employees. So you can be confident that your personal information is safely and securely stored.

During your sign up you may be transferred to the site of one of our Multi-Offer Partners. This site contains a list of additional multiple offers you might be interested in. You need only check 'Yes' for any of the offers listed on this site that is of interest to you. We may pre-populate your personally identifiable information on this offer site to make it easier for you to sign up for these offers. All information provided to our Multi-Offer Partners is subject to their own individual privacy policies. The Advertisers listed on the Multi-Offer Partner list do not have access to your personally identifiable information until you agree to accept their offers and submit that information to them. Each of the Advertisers on the Multi-Offer Partner list also has their own privacy policy.

How do we use cookies on our website?

WowMyCash.com uses cookies on our registration and offer forms during the time you are actively completing the forms. These cookies are used for technical purposes to allow for accurate transmission of information to the WowMyCash.com database. WowMyCash.com also uses cookies on the member area of the site to store user name automatically and password (optionally) so that the user does not have to repeatedly retype the information. For users' convenience, this cookie is stored for subsequent sessions. Member area cookies are also used to identify valid members in order to protect access to their specific member information (such as rewards account information) and to personalize their experience on the site. The web server also creates cookies to uniquely identify each user session when a member visits the site. This latter cookie is automatically deleted at the end of a session.

No personal identifying information is stored on any cookie nor do we retain any cookies information on our databases.

Because cookies are used to identify valid members to protect access to their specific member information and personalize their member experience, users who choose not to allow cookies cannot register nor they can access the member area of the WowMyCash.com website with its associated member benefits.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information:

We do not rent or sell your personal information to anyone without your express consent. When we do share data with our advertisers it is in aggregate form and is designed to ensure you are not identified personally. In order to provide you with information about offers and services you have indicated an interest in we may provide certain of your personal information to specific advertisers to allow them to provide information about the offer or service to you in the most convenient and meaningful form. WowMyCash engages in email and direct mail marketing. Because email is an integral part of the Program, you sign up to receive email targeted to your interests at the time of registration. If you later decide you wish to cease participation in this portion of the Program, you may do so at any time by emailing support@wowmycash.com .To further ensure we have your consent, we make sure each e-mail we send you contain an additional opportunity to "opt-out" of receiving future e-mails. If you are not interested in receiving either e-mail or direct mail marketing, you may choose to opt-out from receiving the e-mail or close your Membership.

Although we house our data in the United States, it is possible that some of our data processing may occur outside of the United States. While the data protection laws of these countries may vary, we will make every reasonable effort to protect your information based upon the express terms of this Privacy Promise. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to this transfer of your personal data.

As long as your remain a WowMyCash member, opting not to receive email does not exempt you from receiving administrative emails, that include but are not limited to, notices about vital program and membership status changes or alterations to our Terms of Service.

Access to Personally Identifiable Information:

If your personally identifiable information changes or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, or delete it by making a change once you login to the WowMyCash website or by emailing Member Services at support@wowmycash.com or by writing:

We may amend this policy from time to time.
