WOWMYCASH GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must be a U.S. resident and 18 years of age or older to participate. WowMyCash, ("WowMyCash.com" or "we") may revise these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this posting. Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance to the modified terms. Please review the terms on this website frequently to look for changes.
Acknowledgment & Acceptance:
By enrolling and/or using the WowMyCash® Program ("WowMyCash"), you agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in WowMyCash shall conform to its terms and conditions.
The WowMyCash Program is owned and operated by Infobiz Systems Inc. ("WowMyCash.com").
WowMyCash Program ("Program") members ("Members") may earn Cash for taking surveys, taking advantage of Cash-earning opportunities on the Program and other third party Web sites; responding to offers from participating advertisers and partners via email, postal mail or telephone; and complying with the terms of other offers or programs from WowMyCash.com or other participating companies.
WowMyCash.com reserves the right to send Members messages from time to time for which they may not be rewarded. Such messages may include WowMyCash system updates; flash bulletins; order confirmations; administrative announcements; special requests and other similar messages ("Administrative Messages")-and may be sent via email or regular mail. Members can elect to stop receiving email through the BonusMail program, but cannot unsubscribe from these Administrative Messages while enrolled in the Program.
WowMyCash.com is under no obligation to provide Members with any particular number of Cash-earning opportunities or send messages to them.
WowMyCash.com reserves the right to limit WowMyCash enrollment at any time.
Membership Eligibility & Terms of Participation:
· To participate in WowMyCash, you must be an individual at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States of America.
· Corporations or other business entities are not eligible to participate.
· It is required that members establish and maintain only one account, and that account must be registered to a unique e-mail address.
·Member agrees to provide only true and accurate information to WowMyCash (including to their advertisers and partners) at all times.
· Members agrees not to abuse WowMyCash privileges by conduct which is detrimental to the interests of the WowMyCash.com, including having multiple accounts, attempting to earn CASH through other than legitimate channels, participating in purchasing/redemption fraud, or tempering with the any of the WowMyCash links, etc.
· Member agrees not to use, or attempt to use, any part of WowMyCash or the presentations for other purposes including but not limited to, tampering, hacking, spoofing, using robots or scripts, copying, distributing, modifying, or otherwise corrupting the administration, security, or proper function of any part of WowMyCash or the presentations.
· WowMyCash at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
· WowMyCash reserves the right to terminate any account containing untruthful information or providing untruthful information to its advertisers or partners in the process of completing any offer presented by or in conjunction with WowMyCash, having duplicate accounts, or acted inconsistently with the rules of WowMyCash or intent of this agreement.
· Member understands and agrees disabling of membership will result in member's inability to redeem and/or earn Cash. Member also understands and agrees that termination of membership will result in the cancellation of all of the Member's Cash.
· Rewards are subject to change at any time without notice.
· By signing up for WowMyCash, you are opting-in to receive WowMyCash newsletters and other special offer emails.
· Your account is personal to you and is not transferable; You may not allow anyone else to use Your account or to receive free cash incentive earned by You; You may not use anyone else's account or act to accrue cash incentive for anyone else's account; You are responsible for keeping Your account information secret. WowMyCash will not be liable for losses that are incurred through the use of your account by a third party or the disclosure of your account information.
· If You are accepted by WowMyCash as a Member of the WowMyCash Service and meet all the requirements provided in this Agreement You may earn cash for completing partner surveys, online buying and offers. Member agrees to comply with this Agreement of WowMyCash and its advertisers and partners in the process of completing any offer presented by or in conjunction with WowMyCash. WowMyCash reserves the right to terminate any account violating this Agreement or the Agreement of any of its advertisers or partners.
· WowMyCash members must have cookies enabled so that offers, surveys, and online buying can be tracked to reach the partner site.
· Your relationship with marketing partners whom WowMyCash delivers offers for, including payment for and delivery of related goods or services, entry into and operation of promotions, discounts or contests, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and such marketing partner. You agree not to hold WowMyCash liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the content provided by such partners through the Service.
Termination and Cancellation:
WowMyCash at its sole discretion and for any reason or no reason at all may terminate any Members without prior notice for
· any violation of any provision of this Agreement;
· aiding in or promoting circumvention of the WowMyCash Service;
· acting against the business interests or reputation of WowMyCash;
· Acting unlawfully in relationship to WowMyCash, the WowMyCash website or the WowMyCash Service;
· Creating duplicate accounts on our site WowMyCash.com.
· Account containing untruthful information or providing untruthful information to its advertisers or partners in the process of completing any offer presented by or in conjunction with WowMyCash, acted inconsistently with the rules of WowMyCash or intent of this agreement.
· If at any time your account is discovered to have any fraudulent activity, as determined by us, your account may be terminated without pay. Fraudulent activity is defined as, but not limited to the following:
o Using false or misleading personal information while signing up for offers.
o Using a fake or auto/computer generated credit card number to complete an offer.
· Also, WowMyCash may not pay any user for any offer that has been charged back to the advertiser. If a charge back occurs under your account, as determined by us, your account may be terminated without pay.
· (K.2) WowMyCash feels very strong about fraudulent activity. If there are any questions regarding these rules, feel free to contact support@wowmycash.com with your query and we will kindly respond.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
Member agrees that us of WowMyCash is the Member's sole risk.
WowMyCash and all services offered therein are provided on a strictly "as is" and "as available" basis. WowMyCash.com MAKES NO WARRANTY WITH REGARD TO ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR REWARDS OBTAINED BY MEMBERS THROUGH WOWMYCASH OR THROUGH WOWMYCASH ADVERTISERS OR PARTNERS; THAT WOWMYCASH WILL MEET MEMBERS' REQUIREMENTS; OR THAT WOWMYCASH WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR FREE; NOR DOES WOWMYCASH.COM MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF WOWMYCASH OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH WOWMYCASH.
WowMyCash.com expressly disclaims any and all express and implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WowMyCash.com shall not be liable or responsible for those guarantees, warranties, and representations, if any, offered by WowMyCash advertisers, partners, manufacturers of merchandise, or suppliers of services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by Member from WowMyCash.com or through WowMyCash shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
Limitation of Liability:
WowMyCash.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, RELATING TO THE PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN WowMyCash. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
WowMyCash.com is not responsible for damages or losses that result from participating or inability to participate in WowMyCash, or reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through WowMyCash.
Member acknowledges and agrees that WowMyCash.com neither endorses the contents of advertisements or third parties' Web sites, nor assumes responsibility or liability for the accuracy of material contained therein, or any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising there from, or any fraud or other crime facilitated thereby.
WowMyCash.com is not responsible and assumes no liability for changes or discontinuances of service from providers which may affect offers or the accrual of Cash so far.
CASH Incentives Rules:
· WowMyCash offers cash incentives to members in exchange for completing signup process for trial offers. Signing up for the offers, advertised by our partners, is necessary in order to be eligible for cash incentives.
· If you sign up for the corresponding offer, it will take up-to 8 weeks to receive the cash funds from the advertiser. Please do not delete the confirmation emails you receive from the advertisers. These confirmation emails are required in order for us to investigate if your account is not credited in 8 weeks.
· You may see cash incentive "pending" till we get paid from advertisers. It may take 6-8 weeks.
· The funds will be sent to the paypal e-mail address registered on file with WowMyCash. If your e-mail address changes and funds have already been sent to your e-mail address on file, WowMyCash cannot redirect the funds to your new address.
· Cash payments will only be made after the member's qualification to participate in a particular survey has been verified by WowMyCash, the member completes that offer. WowMyCash is not responsible if you lose, or misplace your funds via email.
· Minimum payment threshold is approved $50 USD in your account. You can redeem once you accumulate $50 USD in your account. We pay our members through Paypal once you reach the minimum payment threshold. All payments are processed only through paypal service.
· You can create your free paypal account @ http://www.paypal.com if you don't have one
· All cash payment amounts may be changed or modified at any time and at the discretion of WowMyCash. Members are responsible for any taxes due as a result of payments made for their participation in WowMyCash.
· If user's account remain INACTIVE (no activity) for 90 days, it will be deleted permanently and all cash incentive will be forfeited.
· You agree and understand that although WowMyCash will make reasonable efforts to make the activity detection process fair and consistent; WowMyCash does not guarantee the precision of the process. You will only be credited for completing offers as reasonably determined by WowMyCash.
Tell-a-Friend:
Users may use our Tell-a-Friend Service to send E-Mails to their friends telling about services. However, if the User's Tell-a-Friend email results in a SPAM complaint, the User's Account may be terminated. They should use this service only their close personal friends.
Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, WowMyCash has used appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of network traffic to track abuse of our network and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, WowMyCash cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or from our sponsors and you do so at your own risk.
False Advertising:
Users should not make untrue or exaggerated statements when advertising WowMyCash or engage in any unfair or misleading trade practice as defined by law. If the User/Business provides information about WowMyCash on their website, they must ensure the information is updated and accurate.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between You and WowMyCash in connection with general membership in WowMyCash and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this.
GOVERNING LAW AND OTHER TERMS:
Any action related to this Agreement will be governed by California law, excluding (1) principles of conflicts of laws, and (2) the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any action relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in the Northern District of California, and You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue thereof. You agree to comply with the laws of California and the United States that apply to the use of this Service and the compensation you may receive. If law of your country, state, or province of residence prohibit or limit Your participation in this Service, then You are responsible for complying with such laws and you agree to indemnify WowMyCash against any breach. If any part of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part shall be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement is personal to You and You may not transfer, delegate, or assign this Agreement, your referral network, your WowMyCash account or other benefits you receive as a WowMyCash Member to anyone. Any attempt by You to assign or delegate this Agreement shall be null and void. WowMyCash may assign this Agreement at its sole discretion.
We will be taking legal action if we find any of our members having dummy accounts (more than one [1]) per house hold (as stated in our terms and conditions) or people using prepaid or fraudulent credit cards with our sponsors (advertisers). If you are found involved in fraudulent activities, your account will be terminated with all earnings being forfeited and necessary legal action.
